Mongolian Young Leaders Program (MYLP) is one of the most important initiatives for MYLN. Through MYLP, we not only add new members to the network, but also address specific topics important to the future of Mongolia.
MYLP is an annual two-day conference held around the world where participants discuss pressing issues of Mongolia, diagnose potential bottlenecks, learn from experts and leaders in the specified industry, and define solutions by sharing their ideas, fostering knowledge, and building a lasting friendship with the other participants. Every MYLP dives deep into a very specific topic and includes panel discussions, guest speakers, corporate visits, case studies, and networking events applicable to that topic
MYLP is also the only way MYLN welcomes new members to the family. The participants go through a highly selective process to be part of the program and get added to the Network after a successful completion of the 2-day conference.
